arrived at 11:50pm for fresh krispy kremes and the new worker makes me wait until 12am. then 2 other males walk in and get served krispy kremes infront of our faces. upon asking why he was serving others krispy kreme's but not us - we got told to shoosh lmfao.. no customer service what so ever.

I spend around $200+ a week here, attend up to 3 times a day for various reasons and this still isn't enough to be treated with respect here. Management is nice however the afternoon attendant is self-centered and rude. I've been overcharged regularly here and have now opted to ask for a recipet for every transaction. Smallest over charge was $10.10 whilst largest was almost $40! I'll still attend here for coffees, petrol and food as its our local 711 and convenient. But Newport 711 is always in reach if things dont work out

Horrible and slow lady attendant in the mornings. She needs to go.On the flip side, top bloke during the night shifts. Great service and serves with a smile even in the wee hours of the morning.
