Nelsons is a beautiful funeral home. 12 years ago I had my father's funeral at Nelson's I did have a few issues which at a later date I put in writing and was heard. So when my mother died recently I decided to use Nelsons again. This time, my mother's death certificate has been completed incorrectly. I wondered why I hadn't received the Certificate so I contacted Nelsons as I had paid for the completion/submission to BDM. It took 5 calls each time I was given a different reason why it had not been received. I finally went into BDM to obtain the Certificate, then I found out why. Sent to wrong address. When I finally read the Certificate I was horrified to see all these mistakes. A death Certificate is a legal document and I do expect it to be completed correctly.
