Ive been in this store around a dozen times over the past three years each time craving a better experience, as I really love interior shops and I really want to love Love it. Compared to the other interior and gift stores in Williamstown- this shop has by far THE worst customer service. Im genuinely uncomfortable in the store. The women are regularly cold especially to children. My daughter, age 8, loves visiting these types of stores with me this is a family town and we love supporting our local businessss! My daughter is exceptionally clear on the rules when browsing, I dont let her handle anything fragile, and she is always warmly welcomed by shop keepers around town. But not at Love It she is repeatedly scolded to put anything and everything down- whether its a candle or even a wooden Christmas ornament. Its worth noting, she has never broke or damaged any item in the shop (or any shop) and is exceptionally mature and respectful with how she handles and admires items again, never fragile or expensive.My mother-in-law has the same experience as well- she agrees the shop keepers are always rude and cold... with or without children. Sorry, Love It. I tried really hard but too many poor experiences. If your target audience iS only adults, perhaps consider some signage that deter people with children, at least that way you can manage expectations.

Excellent homewares and interesting pieces. They really do try hard to give you what you want. My only downside is they can be way more expensive then other stores but then again the rent is probably more too.
I love this shop so much and they always have up to date stuff and always something there that I want to buy. Never fails to impress me I dont leave reviews very often at all let alone great ones But this place is awesome and deserves a great review
The staff could take a few lessons in customer service. Was absolutely appalled.
