Customer service and cleaning ok. I was told Id be given a text when to pick up my items (4) when I dropped them off and it was going to be 5 days - I wasnt in a rush so this was ok. But I never got a text and I tried to call twice on different days but the phone was never answered. I went in to see and sure enough it was ready and they said they must have forgotten to text me. I was also overcharged - charged for a skirt instead of a dress which is an extra $3 I didnt notice until I got home. I did have a shirt with a stain and they said it might not be able to come off and it didnt but had now turned white so cant complain about that and they were honest about it which is all I can ask for. Otherwise decent enough but customer service not good.
Visited the Williamstown Laundry Box for the first time last week. I was extremely impressed by the service and the quality of the clean. The process was extremely professional from point of sale to pick up. They also offered to place myself & company on a corporate partnership program which my staff are extremely appreciative for. I know its a small thing but they even returned my suit hangers, which we can all probably agree is a first. HIGHLY recommended.
Unfortunately - Laundry Box has shrunk several of my expensive items of clothing. I asked if they were capable of cleaning a leather skirt - to which they answered yes. Yet again skirt has shrunk. Be very careful!
Caroline, Gavin and the rest of the laundry box team. Are the most friendly, knowledgeable and passionate dry cleaners in Victoria. I have been going there for a year and a half. There is nothing they cant do. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Give them a try and you will not regret it.
