I have been attending this spa for some months now and have seen a dramatic difference in the overall health, glow and radiance of my skin. I put this down to a few factors a) the incredible, personalized care that has been provided by Sammi , my Endota Therapist - every treatment I've experienced has been sublime/amazing b) great products that are affordable and actually WORK c) no hard sell of products, the proof is in the results d) always warm and friendly hospitality extended from all staff especially Erin at Reception e) the tranquil, peaceful, immaculately clean environment lends itself to a totally relaxing experience. Endota Spa Williamson is my sanctuary and I cannot overstate their excellent service, customer care and spa skills. 10/10 every time :)
Came for a massage on the weekend, the staff were friendly and accomodating from the moment i walked in the door. I had a wonderful treatment and an overall great experience. Will definitely be back.

My daughter gave me a full body massage and a facial treatment as a birthday gift. I was exited to it and it was good until very last moment. The lady she gave me a treatment sprayed on to my face to finish off. Soon after that I started coughing and around my lip was shaky after she applied lip cream. But she sprayed again.I said I feel strange. But she didnt care or notice so much about it. After the treatment I and my daughter sat on the couch to rest.The lady didnt talk and even look at me afterward, instead she talked to my daughter and said how nice her pedicure was. When we were leaving I said thank you to her but she didnt even look at me. I felt very strange. I had a very messy hair after the treatment as well and wondering if she did it on purpose. I will never come back to your place after this experience.
The staff here are excellent. I was running late for an appointment and they were incredibly kind and accommodating, changing my service to 45 mins and only charging me accordingly. The massage itself was lovely and relaxing and I look forward to having another treatment here!
