My little Green Cheeked Conure (Leafy) came to see these guys for an emergency consult after complications following a leg band removal at another clinic and he ended up staying with them for a week on pain medication and antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. I visited Leafy every day and was happy to see he was provided with fresh fruits and veggies and even some toys to play with. He unfortunately did need his Leg amputated (this was done free of charge at the place that removed the leg band in the first place) but that was through no fault of the Bird and Exotic animal Clinic. He was in a lot of pain when i brought him to you and you made him so much more comfortable in that week he was with you. I can't thank you enough! Highly recommended to anyone with Birds.
My boyfriend and I feel very lucky that we live so close to the best Bird Clinic in Melbourne. We have been here a few times for our chickens and each time the staff have been very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The standard consult time is a lot longer than most vet clinics and they do a comprehensive health check. All my chickens who have been patients here have recovered well after their visits.
The most caring Vet and nurse Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! Took such good care of my rabbit in his final moments, even putting on Emla cream so he wouldnt feel the injection. So reassuring! Such a thorough examination and couldnt recommend them enough! Thank you xx
Really glad to find BEAC. My impression is that they are more interested in animal welfare than profit. Always good in a vet.The staff are very nice and took great care of my fish.
