Poor quality of workmanship!!!As a detailer proper preparation and attention to detail are imperative.Bon Vivant (Anthony) did not properly prepare my wheels (by removing all contamination) prior to applying OptiCoat Pro+.After picking up the car with the new coating there were circle marks (as per pic) on all 4 wheels! After enquiring about it Anthony advised that it was my dealerships fault and the marks were baked in and they are marks that arent able to be removed. Forward a couple of months I was able, by myself with my nail, to remove the marks on all 4 wheels. Took me over 30 min or so. To be given incorrect information is just unacceptable.Have tried contacting Anthony to rectify the matter but he has just ignored my concerns.As the customer I should have been contacted prior to application and advise of the issue and really should have been my decision whether we apply the product or wait.Very disappointed in the whole matter. I chose Bon Vivant due to good reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one.Would not recommend to anyone!
I took my new car to Anthony for Gtechniq Crystal serum ultra protective coating and window tinting. He was very professional in all the dealings and very knowledgeable which gave me a lot of confidence when handing over the car. The car was exceptionally well prepared and on time as promised. It was looking better than the day when I picked her up from the dealership.Overall I'm very happy with the service and always recommend this place.
