Customer service and proper working facilities are the essence of a successful business venture. Unfortunately this place has none of that. People that work hard and like what they do need to be rewarded with good ratings. Not a very good place.
Easy carwash, prices are ok. Time is a bit short, but doable.Good vacuums, prices bit steep for the time you get.
OMG I wish there was a negative star to use. Like the other 1 star reviewers I was abused by the attendant, lied to, charged twice, could only be given a token as a refund, and I was to blame for the machine not working. Been going here for 17 years, no problems until this experience. I was prepared to put up with the price hikes over the years, the inconvenient payment system, but the behaviour of the attendant and his inability to listen, to apologise, to provide an adequate level of customer service means I wont be going there again.
Have always liked this car wash but my recent experience means I wont be coming back. The laser wash pay machine wasnt working correctly so a series of hand written notes with new instructions were stuck over the machine. When my payment was successfully accepted I drove through into the wash bay only to be recalled by the attendant. Apparently I had missed a step (no way I could have known this because the machine didnt indicate as such) and he proceeded to shout at me what did you do? Cant you read instructions. He was so worked up that my son in the back seat told me he was scared of that man. Was completely floored! It wasnt even a busy day. Only one car was waiting to enter after me.
