Great gym with great people. I was a little hesitant in joining as it is in an industrial area in a large warehouse. So glad I did.There is a range of people who are friendly and welcoming.24 hours access is amazing and there is plenty of equipment so you are never waiting to use something. The classes start early and are small group fitness sessions of about 8.Highly recommend this gem!!
Would recommend :) Fiona at reception always makes me feel welcome and remembers everyone's names. Adrian the head PT took the time to show me some new exercises and put together a personalized program. I've been a member for a year and would highly recommend! Also, they even have hairties and deodaramt for the ladies in case you forgot yours :)
