I signed up online. I found out post sign up that I have to attend to collect my access fob from the gym during staffed hours (sort of contradicts the purpose of an online sign up). I drove to the store to collect the access fob in staffed hours and no one was there to let me in. I then wrote to them to request a cancellation within the cooling off period. They won't acknowledge my cancellation request. I had to lodge a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Zap Fitness Williamstown = woeful service and dodgy business practices. Avoid at all costs!
A bit dark, but has everything a gym needs. Good crowd, mixed ages.(Absolutely terrible American RnB trash on the stereo, but that seems common at all Zap gyms)
Awesome gym, great atmosphere, gets busy though.
I'm quite impressed with how they have all the essentialequipment even though their space is small.Membership is cheap. This gym is simply for everyone.
Great gym if all you want is the essentials. No loud classes sharing space with the rest of the equipment.
