Burnings is always a great place to shop for all your hardware needs. They have a great range of storage needs, that have helped me rearrange. They also have a great gardening section. But no matter what your looking for they will probably be able to help you.
We were there to hire a van. Unfortunately U have to provide a credit card but cannot pay the deposit in cash. For some people, this won't be a problem. For us, it was an undesirable inconvenience. Other than that, the customer service was as good as it could be. They showed genuine personality and empathy rather than fake smiles and dialogue that couldn't deviate from a script.
Not the most well stocked. Terribly Organised. Almost always never have the self check out open. Force you to line up for ages at the returns desk or tool shop to pay. Terrible customer service. Whoever the girl was that processed my return is beyond shocking. Zero professionalism. Terrible attitude. How this person works in customer service is beyond comprehension.
Found most of what I needed, prices are okay, service is okay, experience is... You probably see the theme running through my review by now. Nothing great, no great bargains but dependable enough service and goods to keep you coming back. Solid three stars
Bunnings is like an adult toy store. Disappointed though with inaccurate stock availability online. Need to improve stock reporting and levels. I was told the item i wanted had not been availabke for sometime as well as not knowing when it would be available. Come on Bunnings you can do better.
