Best hardware shop in williamstown. Great staff Anthony and Peter great guys plenty of knowledge advice and help.
Very bad customer service, called in there to get a heater for my 90 year old mum as her old heater was not working. The manager told me he would call me to arrange a time for someone to come and look at the area where the heater would go, or if it would fit. this was early afternoon on a Tuesday. Waited all day the next day, nobody called, then called the following day, spoke to someone else who promised to tell the manager I called. In the meantime my mum is freezing and has been without a heater for over a week. Well guess what, nobody called again. The heater we were looking at was so very expensive, but mum said she would get it as it was the smallest one he had and she was desperate to get heating . Well this business must be doing very well to be able to knock back jobs as expensive as this one. So it's a thumbs down for me Simmers.
