Awesome place very generous where the quality and quantity match the price
We chose this place because it was reasonably quiet and we just wanted a quick bite to eat before going out. We were greeted fairly quickly and shown to a table, And that is where the service ended. It took 10 minutes before another waiter walked past which we had to stop to take our drink order and ask for menu's. A second waiter bought us our menus 5 minutes later and a kids menu with a picture to colour in on the reverse side and asked if we wanted some colouring pencils, to which we agreed to. 20 minutes passed before a third waiter came to take our order. We asked this waiter for colouring pencils which the other waiter failed to bring us. By this time it was no surprise that this waiter also failed to bring us any pencils. The table next to us came in after us and had their meals before we did. 45 minutes we waited for 4 pizzas, a bowl of Spaghetti Bolognese and a bowl of chips. In closing, we cancelled what we had planned to do because of the length of time it took to be served, the service is near non-existent (Don't offer colouring pencils to a child if you cannot fulfill that request), the only saving grace and the reason for the second star is that the food was decent quality. Will we be going back...... Unfortunatly No.
First visit there, and very impressed! Staff were friendly, attentive and quick. More than amazing food, will definitely be going again!!
To the Owner of this Business. The Staff were really lovely and helpful.However, I was really disappointed that all the little plates that are on the table with Cutlery apon arrival, were all very Oily. I was very concerned that the Dishes are not correctly washed with Hot Soapy water. Clean Dishes should never be Oily.I was afraid to eat off the plates. The waiter was very accommodating when I asked to have the plates replaced with new clean ones, the replacements were better, but I'm not sure that they weren't just wiped down with a cloth because they were still a bit oily.The Venue is Beautiful, the location is great.The open fireplace upstairs is Beautiful also.The Balcony is amazing. It's such a shame, and really disappointing that I had a bad experience with the Dirty Dishes.Please, assess this issue and make sure your staff are taking all correct procedures when washing dishes. Please take this as constructive criticism.
