A good selection of wine but typical list of foods. For the price I was expecting a little more. The view is great, some where for a special occasion.
The $40 plus steak ordered as rare-to-medium came out as well done. Had to request air con to be out on on in a stinking hot place. My disabled mother ordered a glass of champagne- she was corrected that champagne was not what she wanted but sparkling wine. Never again.
Don't be fooled by the decor and fine dining. This "restaurant" is a wolf in sheeps clothing. From the moment we sat down and ordered we were told our food would take up to an hour to be served, forcing us to order overpriced starters - it felt like our stomachs were being held for ransom. Also they were out of chicken. What was served was just not worth waiting or paying for. Small portions, nothing special. Try the bread, it's free. Or go down the road, anchor yourself somewhere else. I would rate this zero stars if i could.
Pier Farm The food quality was great but the price was not. Coffin Bay Oysters don't cost $50-60 for a dozen. Make sure you load your Credit Card before you dine there. The place was not full for a Saturday night.
Unexpected find. Lovely covered outside deck, perfect for our impromptu romantic lunch. Food was lovely and the wine list filled with solid performers without the cheap rubbish. Staff friendly and polite. Reasonably pricey, but fitting for the experience.
