I have been here a few times recently 3 times for breakfast and once for lunch. Lovely staff and definitely one of my favourite coffees in Williamstown. I only like my coffee warm and my mum likes hers piping hot and they deliver the perfect coffee every time. My mum always gets jam on toast for breakfast anywhere she goes and 1 thing she loves about coming here is that they give you lovely crusty bread and proper butter rather than margarine or a blend. Its a little thing but to her its important. My poached eggs on toast with avocado were really good.When I came for lunch recently for the first time and I had the Charcuterie plate that had salami, pate, olives, toasted breads & pickles. Everything on there was great. Again the staff were fantastic.I have not been in for dinner yet but recently my son went to do a trial in the kitchen and he came home telling me I needed to go in because the food that he saw prepared was beautifully plated and of a high quality. Definitely will be popping in soon to see for myself.Definitely recommend...great food, reasonable price and great service.Oh I cant forget the store that forms part of the same business where you find some great things. Definitely a place to find something different or if you are looking for a special gift for someone. A lovely mix of different things and while waiting for a take away coffee I often wander in here to have a look around. The store and restaurant side compliment each other nicely
Wonderful food. I had pork belly and it was the best I have had. Coffee was also the best. Compliments to the Chef and his apprentice. Could not have asked for a better meal. They even have a great gift shop to browse while waiting for your order. Next time I am in Melbourne will have to go again!!!!!!
A great place to eat. The 2 waitresses were really nice and friendly. The restaurant was lovely and comfortable. I had the slow cooked lamb shoulder, and it was amazing. I couldn't fault anything.I will definitely be back, except next time I will make sure I bring someone else to enjoy it too
This is a review for the store as I havent eaten at the Larder yet. This is a must-see place for anyone in Williamstown or visiting. The store is full of many lovely homewares, accessories, plants and soaps that are affordable and unique. I also attended an evening there a few weeks ago and had a great time. Will be back next time I need to find a gift or a little something for myself. :)
