Is very pleased with their service. Has a very professional approach to all aspects of real state. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking at selling or renting their properties.
Not impressed. Was keen to rent a property on offer. Went to inspection, submitted application and rang to follow up next day whether received. Was told that it was already rented and they were awaiting bond. Ummm, that's why other agents make a note on the website advertisement that the property is under application. I wouldn't have wasted my time inspecting and applying otherwise. Definitely not happy with their communication. Common courtesy goes a long way guys.
