As a tenant - Toilet blocked for 3 days. Was told I am on to it after the second call. Never a call back got back. Had to fix it with a hose. Paper work for notice of intent to sell not received. Rent increase paperwork not received on time. Receptionist was lovely. The first property manager was nice. Had 3 property manager's in 2.5 yrs.
